Filling out the form does not oblige you to buy. We will send you the final price and all ordering information by email.

For customers in the Netherlands BTW is included.

When your order has arrived with us you we will send you a confirmation within 48 hours.

When your payment has arrived, we strive to deliver the ordered goods within two weeks unless specified differently in our confirmation. If the lead time is longer we will inform you and you will still have the possibility to cancel. You are always contacted personally and notified about the deliveries whereabouts. All prices are in Euros shipping costs excluded. We cannot be held responsible for theft or loss during delivery. However, the package can be insured, this will be at the expense of the customer.

After consultation, unsatisfactory goods can be returned. We have to be notified within three days after arrival of the goods. The costs for the return are at the expense of the customer. When the goods are returned in the same condition as sent we will refund your payment at once.

Joost Wever has the right to alter the prices at any time.

Orders from countries outside the Netherlands may take a little longer.

You are always contacted personally and notified about the delivery whereabouts.

Orders outside of the Netherlands may be subject to local import tax regulations.

You can pay in one of the two following ways :

* INTERNATIONAL MONEY TRANSFER
When your order has arrived, you will receive a confirmation and attached an invoice. You transfer the amount to the bank account mentioned on the invoice. When your payment has arrived, we strive to deliver the ordered goods within a week, however some items may take longer. You are always contacted personally and notified about the deliverys whereabouts.

* PAYMENT ON DELIVERY . only for the Netherlands

The same conditions as above. The package will be delivered by the TPG post group or UPS. You will have to pay cash. For this type of delivery we have to charge an extra 10 Euros.

Price: depending on weight Shipping time: depending on destination 2 to 4 days.
FedEx International First
Price: depending on weight Shipping time: guaranteed 24h service.

* OFF STUDIO
Of course it is always possible to get the goods directly at our studio after making an appointment.
